    This document was prepared as a leaflet for the seminar 'Prospects of CSE' organized by Department of CSE, BUET and CSEBUET 99 Alumni Association. The seminar was held on November 26, 2005 at the BUET Central Auditorium.

  •   December 16, 2010 - Seminar on Prospect of Higher Education and Research at KAIST, Korea:

    A delegation of three professors from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea will visit CSE department, BUET on December 27, 2010. A seminar on ‘Prospect of Higher Education and Research at KAIST, Korea’ will take place on the same day.

  •   March 14, 2012 - 6th International Workshop on Algorithms and Computation (WALCOM):

    WALCOM 2012, the 6th event of the reputed international conference series was held at BUET during 15-17 February 2012. WALCOM 2012 was hosted jointly by Bangladesh Academy of Sciences (BAS) and the Department of CSE, BUET. The event started with a short inaugural session on the 15th of February chaired by Prof. Dr. S.

    Ms. Sumaiya Nazeen, Lecturer of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, has been awarded with the prestigious International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for the year 2012-2013.
